Speed related issues are tricky to pinpoint, as we provide the same level of access to all TalentLMS portals, and the usual reason for slowness is the ISP throttling the connection to our servers, client-side security causing slowness, or a VPN being used which is either slow or not configured well for many users.
SCORM packages load many files when they open, and this could perhaps be causing slowness due to security. You need to check whether your users are all using the same network or VPN.
Next, check if your ISP permits connections to servers located in America, and does it have issues with Amazon CDN perhaps, that could slow down connections.
In this case, what we can do is activate SCORM through CDN on the portal. However, please do note that if SCORM through CDN is enabled, you will need to edit each scorm unit, reselect the file from the dropdown button, and then update/save the scorm units, so that the content can be streamed from CDN.
