- Sign in to your portal as Administrator.
- Go to Event Engine > ‘Add notification’
- Create the name for this notification.
- Then, select the type of notification from the Event dropdown.
- Select the recipient of the notification.
- Type in your message in the Body. Do note that the first line of the message will be treated as the Subject of the email.
- Once done. check on the ‘Active’ button and click ‘Create notification’.
You may also preview the notification and add your email address so it will be sent to your email by clicking on the 'Preview' button. However, please note that the smart tags will not be generated during the preview.
