You may get a report from your learner the he/she was unable to access the SCORM unit and the following error appeared:
“It looks like the webpage at https://cdn.talentlms.com/engine/V2/scorm_loaderV2.html might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address”
In this case, you need to ask the learner to clear the cache memory of the browser/device and try accessing the content again.
