When logged in as Instructor if you go to Courses from your Homepage, you can only see the courses you have created as an Instructor - not the courses you are added to as an Instructor. If you log in as your Instructor test account, for example, you can see the course, as shown below:
However, you can always see the courses you are added to as an Instructor at any time by hovering above your name and clicking on "My courses" from either account, as shown below:
