Is there any setting to disable a certain course in TalentLMS app that we can toggle?

I'm afraid this is not possible, you would need to make the course inactive to prevent users from accessing it, but this will apply to all devices in general.

There is no workaround, unfortunately, since the option to disallow access to the mobile app is global and it can't apply to one course.
