You may want your senior manager to have the statistics of progress for TalentLMS.
You can go to the Home > Infographic Report. Here you can have the progress statistics of your portal in graphical view. To export the report, go to the three dots button at the upper right and click export. Once clicked, it will automatically download the report to PNG format.
