After the training has completed for the branch, you do not want the users to be able to access to the branch via the URL provided. Besides that, you also do not want to delete users and courses within the branch. Therefore, what you can do is deactivate the branch. How you can do that is by:
- Sign in to your TalentLMS main portal as Administrator. Then, go to Branches.
- Click on the desired branch.
- Under the Info tab, uncheck the "Active" option.
- Then, click the "Update branch" button below.
