Create a custom report in order to reset the progress user on the courses.
1. Log in as Admin
2. Go to Report > Custom report
3. Create a custom report > Rule: have a course > Select course under category
4. Add Rule >Rule: have a specific value on custom field > Field: Select an option on the dropdown lists. (Rule that involves some position)
4. Add Report
5. Once the report appears, click on Mass action > Reset progress on course
Note: The learners will not receive any email on resetting progress in their courses. So, you have to notify/email them manually or use automation in the notification.
