To assign multiple users to a group using import:
- Make sure to create the group first. Administrator > Home > Group > Add group.
- In the Users - Group sheet, fill in the username/login and which group will the user be assigned to.

- Sign in to the portal as Administrator. Go to Home > Import – Export.
- Copy (CTRL + C) the tables in the Users - Group sheet and paste (CTRL + V) the data into the import box. Hit the import button.
